- Establish procedures for hotel efficiency related to laundry practices
- Monitor correct implementation of procedures
- Agree on linen replacement and timing to enhance the life of hotel linen
- Provide and review data on processed linen; compare occupancy vs. pieces/lb per room
- Participate in hotel staff meetings to assist management in laundry education
- Schedule hotel employees to visit laundry in order to improve processes
- Assist hotel with inventory control on a monthly basis
- Ensure laundry re-wash program is managed correctly
